A typical AMC for an automation and control system includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits covering panel inspection, cleaning, connection torque checks, calibration verification, PLC and SCADA software backup, and performance testing. A UPS AMC covers quarterly preventive maintenance visits, annual battery impedance and capacity testing, static bypass transfer testing, filter replacement, and firmware updates. A solar AMC covers panel cleaning - critical in UAE's dust environment, where output can reduce by 20 to 30 percent without regular cleaning - inverter monitoring review, string performance analysis, and mounting and cabling inspection. Emergency call-out response is included across all AMC types, with SLA response times agreed at contract inception.
