The testing and commissioning phase is where engineering design becomes operational reality - and the thoroughness of this process determines whether a system goes into service with confidence or with hidden deficiencies that emerge under operational conditions. Genfocus Automation L.L.C. provides comprehensive testing and commissioning services for all system types we supply - automation and control systems, control panels, UPS and DC power systems, instrumentation, solar installations, and battery systems - following documented test procedures that systematically verify every aspect of system performance before handover.

Factory Acceptance Testing is conducted at our panel fabrication workshop for every panel and system we build - verifying insulation resistance, dielectric withstand, functional operation of all circuits and protection systems, PLC program operation, HMI display verification, alarm activation and reset, and communication interface testing. FAT is witnessed by the client or their appointed representative, and a signed FAT report is issued as a quality record before the equipment leaves our workshop. On site, our commissioning engineers conduct cable and termination verification, instrument loop testing and calibration, interlock and protection system testing, SCADA integration verification, and formal Site Acceptance Testing - producing comprehensive as-built documentation and SAT reports that form the foundation of the client's operational and maintenance records.
